According to The Nielsen Norman Group, the founding fathers of UX, "User experience" (UX) encompasses all aspects of the end-user's interaction with the company, its services, and its products."
The terms "Products and Services" can be anything that a user interacts with such as a website, mobile application, desktop application, or consumer products that are considered Convenience, Shopping, Speciality, or Unsought products.
