New Product Design - Spending Accounts  

Overview:

This was an "above the line project" and a board goal implementation. The idea was to convert members from the current vendor to a new vendor with the addition of insight and desires of new features and functionality in the new implementation.

Our Users:

Internal employees (members), external members, along with potential members with High Deductible Health Care (HDHP) plans, who utilize or want to utilize a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Our Task:

When the "Discovery" for the project started we did not know the scope of the deliverable, but there was an immediate need for not renewing the current vendor contract.

I led the Experience Team to research and prototype so that we can phase requirements and implementation recommendations to the engineering team and not lose out on insights for current and future opportunities.
